Distribution System Flushing

This course provides the operator with an understanding of the different types of flushing processes, equipment required, step-by-step process, pressure testing, water quality results, and fire hydrant maintenance. This course will discuss the overall benefits achieved when an operator properly flushes the water distribution system fire hydrants. The course will outline how to develop a distribution system flushing program.
