Introduction to Conventional Water Treatment

This course will serve as an introduction to the individual treatment processes associated with a conventional water treatment facility. The course will provide an overview of each process operation, maintenance, testing, safety and record keeping. The primary function of certified water treatment operator is to provide a safe drinking water supply to the consumer. After completing this course you should have a basic understanding of the various components found in the conventional water treatment process required to provide a safe potable drinking water.
