Introduction to Cross Connection/Backflow

This course is intended to introduce the water and wastewater operator to the basic principles of cross-connection and backflow. The course will discuss how to develop a cross connection program and provides an understanding of potential hazards and the types of assemblies required to protect the quality of the potable water supply in the distribution system.
